Cold Crab Dip
Pecks Wine and Spirits - Friday Night Wine Tastings

1 pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 small onion, diced
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Tabasco sauce to taste
2 cans fancy crab meat
Cocktail Sauce Blend

Put first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
Gently fold in crab.
Mound on a plate, smoothing surface.
Pour just enough cocktail sauce over the crab to cover it.

Serve with crackers.
