Caprese Bites:
Pecks Wine and Spirits - Friday Night Wine Tastings
Ingredients:
Good, fresh, mozarella cheese
Cherry or Grape tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Good quality balsamic vinegar
On small wooden or metal skewers, alternate chunks of mozarella, basil and
tomato.
Drizzle with the balsmic vinegar and serve.
